Enhancement of a classical pre-war apartment to a maisonette with roof terrace.
Walls were carefully removed and now open the dining area to the adjacent high-end chef’s kitchen, provide visual orientation and create the centre of family life. A spectacular five meter high spiral staircase leads to a fireside lounge, equipped with sliding glass doors leading to a huge roof terrace.  A hidden sliding door reveals a side-wing containing the bedroom and spa-area, grouped around a private atrium. Skylights flood the second floor with light.
